Obituary

Viola Adela Singletary, 103, beloved Mother, was called to her eternal resting place on Saturday, January 14, 2023. She entered this world on Friday, September 19, 1919, in Albuquerque, NM., born to Antonio and Adela Singletary. 

Viola was a lifelong resident of Albuquerque and a wonderful mother of two children. She loved traveling and spending time with friends. Viola enjoyed telling stories about her life and being with her family.

She is survived by son, Charles Stanford; grandchildren, Kevin and Ashley Baca; and great-grandchildren, Logan, Aiden, and Camden Baca. She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Singletary; and daughter, Velinda Baca. 

A Rosary will be held on Tuesday, March 7, 2023, at 4:30 p.m., preceded by a Visitation beginning at 2:30 pm at FRENCH - Wyoming. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, March 8, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. at Saint John XXIII Catholic Church on Tramway Ridge Dr NE.
