Obituary

Duane Leroy Foster,77 passed away Monday, December 26,2022. He was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM. He served in the Navy during Vietnam from 1965 to 1969. He met his wife, Mickey Cheryl Foster, and was married in December 1966. She preceded him in death, Thursday, August 31 1989. He was also preceded in death by his father, Ralph George Foster; his mother, Laura Van Foster; brother, Robert Ralph Foster; sisters, Laura Kay Miller and Marilyn Jane Foster. Duane is survived by his twin sister, Carol Lorraine Foster; his son, Duncan Duane Foster, and grandchildren, Jonathan Foster-Flowers and Carissa Foster-Flowers. Duane was known in his neighborhood as the guy that could fix anything. He was often volunteered to help his neighbors.

He was an inspiration to his son for a career that has been a constant education in fixing things for more than 25 years. The services are as follows at FRENCH- University, Monday, January 23, 2023, from 4:00 - 6:00pm is the Visitation. The Funeral will take place at 10:00 a.m January 24, 2023.
