Edward Paul Grossetete Sr., born in Las Vegas, New Mexico and a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on September 3, 2022. Mr. Grossetete is survived by his sons, Joseph Grossetete and wife, Andrea, and Edward Grossetete Jr. and fiancée, Jessica Nguyen; sisters, Loretta Hernandez and husband, Gavino, Sandra Chavez and husband, Ron, and Jennie Grossetete. Mr. Grossetete served his country proudly and was honorably discharged from the United States Army. Visitation will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 13, 2022, in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel 1000 Old Coors Dr. SW with a Rosary to be recited by Sandra Chavez at 6:00 p.m. A final visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 14, 2022, at 8:30 a.m. and Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. at St. Anne Catholic Church 1400 Arenal Rd. SW. Interment with Military Honors will follow the services at Mt. Calvary Cemetery 1900 Edith Blvd NE. Pallbearers will be, Jordan Marquez, Joseph Marquez, Richard Lay, Lou Contreras, Gavino R. Hernandez, Victor Grossetete. Honorary Pallbearers will be, David Padilla, Moises Grossetete, Antoinette Marquez, Danette Lind.
