Obituary
David Lee Baca, 76, a dedicated husband, father and devout Catholic passed away on August 20, 2022. David was known for his quiet demeanor and tireless work ethic. In his free time, he loved to draw, watch his favorite Western shows and movies, and read Catholic theology books. He is survived by his wife, Maria S. Baca and his children, Nathan Lee Baca, and Joseph Paul Baca. He is also survived by his sister Juanita Saavedra, and brother, Miguel Baca. He also leaves many cherished family members. David was preceded in death by his father Jose Baca and mother Francesquita Baca as well as his sister Concha Baca Chavez and brothers Fermin Baca, Reyes Baca, and Demetrio Baca. A visitation and rosary will be held on Thursday, September 15, 2022, starting at 4pm for family and open to the public at 5pm at FRENCH-Wyoming. A funeral mass will be held on Friday, September 16th, 2022, at 10am at The Shrine of St. Bernadette (11509 Indian School Rd NE). Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park in Albuquerque. Memorial contributions may be made to the Epilepsy Foundation or the American Heart Association.
