OBITUARY
Inez Marcella Aguilar, age 75, born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on May 21, 2022. Inez is survived by her husband Thomas Underwood; mother, Catalina Padilla; children, Steve Sanchez and Fiancé Carmen Sandoval, James Sanchez and partner Cynthia Trujillo, Jennifer Castillo, and husband Benito Sr.; sisters, Gloria Marcotte, Annette Padilla, Theresa Rogers and husband Chuck, Jane Martinez and husband Antonio; brothers, Mariano Padilla, Carl Padilla and wife Patricia; Four-grandchildren, Rhiannon, Shannon, Benito Jr., and Andres; Two-great-grandchildren, Jeremiah and Inez; along with many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousin and loving friends. Inez is preceded in death by her father, Carmel Padilla; grandson, Jeremy Sanchez; and brother, Roy Padilla. A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 8th, 2022, at 6:00pm with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00pm, Church of the Ascension. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thursday, June 9th, 2022, at 10:00am also at Church of the Ascension 2150 Raymac SW, with Burial to follow at Los Padilla’s Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Thomas Underwood, Steve Sanchez, James Sanchez, Benito Castillo Sr., Benito Castillo Jr., and Andres Castillo.
