Obituary

Marcus A. Shields, 38, passed away on 5/19/2022.  

He is survived by his mother, Cindy Yellowhorse, son Skyler Shields, sisters: Jackie Yelllowhorse and Kori Nez; grandparents: Curtis and Mable Yellowhorse; aunts: Miranda Martinez, Velma Yellowhorse and Courtney Yellowhorse; Uncle: Anthony Yellowhorse; cousins:  Heather DElgado, Phillip Delgado, Derek Christensen, Kyle Christensen, Jordis Yellowhorse, Makya Yellowhorse, Jesse Martinez and Jordan Martinez; and nephews: Taitum Reboca and Kiyah Reboca.

Marcus loved to cook, especially grilling outside.  Marcus was a die-hard San Francisco 49er fan and enjoyed watching football.   He loved and cared for his family deeply.  He had a great sense of humor and like to tease others in a friendly manner.
