OBITUARY

Linda Louise Leyba (Gutierrez), age 70, born in Springer, New Mexico and a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on May 9, 2022. Linda is survived by her long-term partner, Herman Martinez and her mother, Rosalie Bruce; children, Michael Leyba and wife, Annette, Manuel Leyba and wife Onnica, Lesley Ayala and husband, David, Chloe Wyrick; grandchildren, Savanah, Maya, Andrea, LeAnna, Raylynn, Manuel, Alize; great-grandchildren, Diamond, Violet, Autumn, Amari, Niko, and Kiara; siblings, Ron Gutierrez and wife, Linda, Charles Gutierrez, Larry Gutierrez and wife, Donna, Ken Gutierrez and wife, Patricia and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father, Louie Gutierrez, stepfather, Jack Bruce, sister, Debbie Olivera and nephew, Nathan Gutierrez. Visitation will be held on Friday, May 13, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel with a Rosary to be recited at 6:00 p.m. Mass of the Resurrection will be held the following week at St. Therese Catholic Church, 3424 4th St. NW with burial to follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. A Mass for Linda will be held Thursday, May 19, 2022 at 10:00am at St. Therese Catholic Church, 3424 4th St NW, Albuquerque, NM 87107 with a Burial to follow to Mount Calvary Cemetery.
