OBITUARY
Eloy Ortega, age 64, born in Las Vegas, New Mexico and a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on March 31, 2022. Eloy is survived by his wife of 43 years, the love of his life, Sadie Casados-Ortega; his two sons, Eloy J. Ortega, and Estevan Ortega; his grandchildren, Alyssa Ortega, Miami Ortega, and Eloy Mason Ortega. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jesus, and Ruby Ortega. Mr. Ortega was the proud owner of Ortega’s Gas and Propane in Albuquerque’s North Valley where he loved his work. Eloy loved to go camping and spending time with Sadie at their cabin, he also loved the casino’s and of course his joy was spending time with his beautiful grandkids and grand-dogs, watching old westerns on T.V., and of course his Kansas City Team. A visitation will be on Tuesday. April 19, 2022, at 5:30 p.m. at St. Therese of the Infant Jesus Catholic Church 3424 4th St. NW with a Rosary to be recited at 6:00 p.m. by Patricia Muniz Roberts. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated the following day on Wednesday, April 20, 2022, also at St. Therese Church at 10:00 a.m.
