Edward Hernandez, 89, passed away on Thursday, March 31, 2022 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
He is survived by his wife of 59 1/2 years Rosalie Hernandez and daughter Michelle Sena.
Edward was born on August 20, 1932 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Edward served our country in the United States Marine Corps and United States Marine Corps Reserve. He was awarded the Purple Heart for his service in the Korean War.
Edward's Life Celebration will begin with a Visitation on Monday, April 11, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at Salazar Mortuary located at 400 Third St SW, 87102. Service will begin at 2:00 p.m. Reception will follow in Salazar Mortuary Life Event Center.
