OBITUARY
Alfredo Chavez Jr., age 92, born in Duran, New Mexico and a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on December 5, 2021. Mr. Chavez is survived by his children, Betty Chavez and companion, Johnny Maes, Alfred Chavez lll, Billy Chavez; stepchildren, Ida Garcia, Theresa Mendoza and husband, Wilfred, Ricky Chavez, Mary Jane Chavez and husband, David; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family members; siblings, Manuel Chavez, Margaret Cull, Dolores Chavez, Ted Chavez, Lucille Lucero, Vera Gonzales; He was preceded in death by his wife, Ramona Chavez; daughter, Lorraine Chavez; brother, Carlos Chavez; sister, Theresa Jimenez; daughter in-law Raymie Chavez. Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 16, 2021, at 8:00 a.m. at St. Anne Catholic Church 1400 Arenal Rd. SW with a Rosary to be recited at 8:30 a.m. Mass of the Resurrection will follow the Rosary at 9:00a.m. and burial will take place at Mt Calvary Cemetery 1900 Edith Blvd NE. Pallbearers will be, Steven Chavez, Manuel Chavez, Johnny Maes, Eric Gonzales, Dominic Garcia, David Chavez.
