Pet of the Week: Tigger

Tigger

Santa Fe Animal Shelter has an animal available for adoption:

TIGGER - ID#A091706

Staff named me Tigger and I am a neutered male, brown and black Mixed breed.

The shelter staff think I am about 7 years old.

I am now available for adoption.

I was lost but my owner has not found me.

This information is 6 hours old.

Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal:

Tigger is a handsome 7-year-old mixed-breed fellow who currently weighs about 54 pounds. He came to SFAS as a stray and he is now ready for a new family. Here at the shelter, Tigger is a handful when it comes to interacting with other dogs, but he loves his walks and likes to be around people. Some of our dog walking volunteers recently told us "we are quite impressed by how well Tigger is with humans as he walks very well and loves to have simple attention…. petting, ear rubbing, etc., and listens pretty well while walking and socializing"

If you have other dogs at home, we encourage you to bring them along for a Meet n' Greet.

Come see me 11/13/21 at Petsmart 3561 Zafarano Dr, Santa Fe, NM 87507

Tigger's adoption fee is $60. He is neutered and microchipped and has age-appropriate vaccinations. A licensing/microchip fee may apply.

SFAS offers a variety of excellent training classes, community connection events, and workshops led by animal behavior professionals. In-person classes have resumed with COVID-safe practices in place; we will also continue to offer basic classes via Zoom. If you adopted your animal from a shelter or rescue group, you receive a $50 discount on every class. For class descriptions, schedules, and registration visit https://sfhumanesociety.org/training
