Obituary
In the presence of her family, Angie C. Peralta, passed into the loving arms of our Lord Jesus Christ on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at the age of 81.
She was preceded in death by her husband Eluvilio Peralta; parents Onesimo and Teresa Chavez; brother Joe Chavez; sister Anita Chavez; son-in-law Greg Clark; brother-in-law’s: Romulo Barboa, Wilfred Chacon; niece Jeannie Quisenberry; nephew Joe Barboa and great niece Shondel.
Angie leaves behind her children: Anthony (Suzanne), Nadine (Darrell), Evelyn (Neddy), Annabel (Jerry), Consuelo (Sam); 12 grandchildren that filled Nana's life with joy: Marcelino, Angel Rose, Stephanie (Isaiah), Jasmine, Matthew (Ella), Vanessa, Dolores, Antonio, Michael, Joseph, Malcolm, Nicolette; 14 great grandchildren: Aubrey, Nomis, Theresa, Josiah, Kimmy, Elijah, Avery, Isaiah, Jeremiah, MJ, Hope, Haven, JJ, Jordan; adopted grandchildren she loved as her own (her grandchildren’s friends) Henry, Elaine, Mike; sisters: Mary Barboa, Lupe Chacon; sister-in-law Ione Chavez; dearest lifelong friend Flora Trujillo, also many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends
Angie was born on April 16, 1940 in Belen, New Mexico. Angie was a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico at the time of passing.
Angie loved cooking meals for her grandchildren’s school potlucks. Her favorite past time was spending time with her family dancing and singing. Her all-time favorite activity was spending time at the casinos with her sisters. They often stayed for 24 hours or longer for the dream of winning big!
The family would like to thank Renal Associates, Presbyterian Hospice, her daughters Evelyn, Consuelo, and her grandchildren Angel Rose, Matthew, Vanessa, Jasmine, Stephanie, Isaiah and Nomis for taking care of her in her last beautiful hours.
What a beautiful life and legacy she leaves behind for us to remember. Be comforted knowing she LOVED you all and she will be with us forever!
