Loving Daughter, Mother and Sister passed peacefully on Sunday.
Polly lived her life with a joyous spirit and a great sense of adventure. Her family was especially important to her and she loved her Sons immensely and took great pleasure when she spent time with family and friends. Above all she loved to laugh and her laughter was contagious. She will be deeply missed.
Polly is preceded in death by her parents Silviano and Mary Atencio. She is survived by her Sons: Michael Vincent Hernandez and Anthony David Garcia, Grandson: David Anthony Crossen. Sisters: Theresa Hawkins, Mary Anita Molina, Juliana Atencio, Petra Seppenon, Silvia Carriaga, Agnes Moraga and many nieces and nephews.
A Rosary will be recited at 10:30 am and Mass will be held at 11:00am August 26, 2021 at St Charles Barromeo Catholic Church, 1818 Coal Pl SE
Internment will follow at 12:45-1:00pm at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd NE.
Reception to follow at 1200 Richmond Dr. SE
In Lieu of flowers please make donations in Polly’s memory to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
For the protection and consideration of everyone masks will be required.
