OBITUARY
Carlton Aldridge Sr., age 81, born in Madison, Limestone County, Alabama and a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on August 16, 2021. Mr. Aldridge is survived by his wife of fifty-six years, Viola (Sena) Aldridge; children, Brien Aldridge and wife, Lorena, Christopher Aldridge, Carlton Aldridge Jr. and wife, Michelle, Francisco Aldridge and wife, Anna; eight grandchildren, Kristy, Carlos, Alicia, Vanessa, Brianna, Gabriela, Joshua, and Angelina; one great-grandchild, Isabella; brothers, Bill Aldridge, and Kenneth Aldridge; many nieces, nephews and extended family members. Mr. Aldridge was preceded in death by his parents, William Leslie Aldridge and wife, Jessie; siblings, Alton Aldridge, Marty Aldridge and Rhonda Aldridge. Mr. Aldridge served his country proudly and retired from the United States Army as well as retiring from the U.S. Postal Service. A Visitation for Mr. Aldridge will be held Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at 6:00pm with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00pm in The Gabaldon Memorial Chapel located at 1000 Old Coors Drive SW, Albuquerque, NM 87121. A Mass of a Christian of a Christian Burial will take place Wednesday, September 1,2021 at 9:00am at Holy Family Catholic Church, located at 562 Atrisco Dr SW, Albuquerque, NM 87105. Reception will follow in Church hall. Interment and military honors are scheduled on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at 2:15p.m. at the Santa Fe National Cemetery in Santa Fe, N.M. Pallbearers will be Roland Sena, Jimmy Sena, Joshua Chavez, Ben Chavez, Sil Candelaria, Carlos Aldridge, Joshua Aldridge.
