Obituary

Manuel G. Rios, 85, passed away peacefully at his home on June 15, 2021.

He was born in Victoria, TX to Donato and Lenor Rios. Manual served in the U.S. Army, retiring in Albuquerque. He then worked Furr's grocery store as a produce manager. He was an active member of Casa Del Rey Church, serving in many ministries.

Manuel was preceded in death by his parents; siblings Crespin Rios, Tomas Rios and Sister Vivian Escalante.

He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Jo Ann; son, Manuel Rios; brother, Phil Rios; Goddaughter, Rebekah Abeyta; and several nieces and nephews who loved him.

A Visitation will be held on Monday, June 21, 2021, 9:00 a.m. at Casa Del Rey.

A Funeral Service will be Monday, June 21, 2021, 10:00 a.m. at Casa Del Rey.

Interment will be on July 6, 2021, at 11:15 a.m. at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
