Obituary
Isidoro (Lolo) Chavez, 80, beloved husband and father was called to heaven to be with the Lord on Friday, June 4, 2021. He was born in Albuquerque, NM on January 28, 1941. He is preceded in death by his parents, Secundino and Elsie Chavez; and his son, Mark Chavez. He is survived by his devoted wife, Rita Chavez; daughter, Marlene Chavez; sisters, Phyllis Villescas and Lydia Knauber; grandson, Joshua Chavez; granddaughter, Darlene Chavez; and niece, Kendal Knauber. Lolo served in the U.S. Navy and then went on to retire from U.S. West after 30 years of service as a manager.
A Catholic Prayer Service for Lolo will be held on Wednesday, June 16, 2021, at 9:00am at the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery.
