Obituary of Max E Holder
Max E Holder- 91, of Albuquerque passed away on May 1, 2021.
Max was born on August 2, 1929 in Anderson, Indiana. He married his wife Joyce on December 11, 1949. They had two children Jerry Lee and Jennifer Rose.
Max served in Korea as an ambulance driver from 1952-1953.
He moved to New Mexico with his family in 1957 where he was a carpenter for 15 years. He then worked in sales making jewelry and travelling the country selling it. In recent years you could find him at the flea market on weekends selling Eucalyptus oil and for fun he went to the Caravan East every Tuesday night because he loved western dancing.
He is preceded in death by his wife Joyce E Holder, his daughter Jennifer Rose and his parents Thelma and Leon Dennis.
He is survived by his son Jerry Holder Sr. and Maria Rosalez, of Albuquerque. His grandsons; Donald Holder and wife Tingting of Beijing, China, Jerry Holder Jr. of Bosque Farms. Granddaughter Virginia Rose Braden and husband Allen of Bosque Farms. Great Grandsons; Tyler Holder and AJ Braden. Great Granddaughters; Allena Rose Braden and Audrey Holder. Great-Great Granddaughter Chloe Rose. A sister Janet Leach of Indiana, Brothers; Russel (Bud) Dennis and wife Ann of Indiana and Tom Dennis and wife Patty of Indiana.
Graveside services will be on June 26,2021 at 10:00am at Sunset Memorial Park 924 Menaul Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87107.
