Obituary of Victor Raymond Garcia

Victor Raymond Garcia, loving Husband, Brother and Godfather passed away on Saturday, November 21, 2020, at the age of 58.

Victor was born on December 16, 1961 in Albuquerque, NM to Victor and Angela Garcia. He was raised the Barelas neighborhood and attended Sacred Heart Church. On June 14, 2014, he married Sally Mae McClellan.

Victor had a passion for cooking and the outdoors. His favorite hobby was fishing. He was also an avid music lover and craftsman. He enjoyed crocheting, building rosaries, models and slingshots. He was known for his quick wit, his infectious smile and his kind compassionate spirit.

Victor was preceded in death by his father Victor, his mother Angela, Grandma Rose Lucero and his brother Richard Garcia.

He is survived by his wife Sally, his sister Loretta and brothers, Fr. Michael Garica and Stephen Garcia.

A Rosary and funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 26, 2021 at Sacred Heart Church, 309 Stover Ave SW at 9:00 AM (rosary). Mass immediately following. He will be laid to rest at Mt. Calvery Cemetery at 11:00 AM, 1900 Edith Blvd NE.
