Doug Clowney, 54, resident of Santa Fe, passed away suddenly on May 21, 2021. He was born on May 31, 1966, in Memphis Tennessee to Norma Glenn Williams and Larry Clowney. He married Jackie Jones Clowney on May 23, 1993 in Memphis, Tennessee.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Norma Williams.
He is survived by his wife; Jackie Jones Clowney, daughter; Alexandra Sloan Clowney, father and stepmother; Larry and Jean Clowney, sister; Lauren Clowney, brothers; Bradley Clowney and Russell Schumacher (Ina), sister; Robynne Orlando (Michael “Dre’), brother-in-law John Jones (Charles Rountree), four nephews and three nieces and many extended family.
Doug was a longtime employee of Fed Ex and its affiliates. He loved fast cars and BBQ. He never met a stranger. Doug was a hard- working, dedicated, and loyal to a fault. He was loved and will be missed by so many.
