Albuquerque Public Schools will hold the APS School Choice Fair on Tuesday, October 14, at 6:30 p.m. The event will take place at the Berna Facio Professional Development Center located at 3315 Louisiana Blvd. NE. This fair is organized by APS and the Office of Innovation & School Choice to present various educational options available within the district.
The event will feature magnet schools, schools of choice, and innovative school pathways. Programs highlighted include STEM/STEAM, Dual Language, College/Career Readiness, International Baccalaureate, Global Leadership Academy Schools, and Multiple Paths to Graduation.
Parents and students attending can also gather information about transferring schools. For the 2025-2026 academic year, families must use ParentVUE to complete transfer requests. Notably, students do not require a student ID number for this process.
