Albuquerque Public Schools (APS) will hold its School Choice Fair on Tuesday, Oct. 14, at the Berna Facio Professional Development Center. The event is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. and will be located at 3315 Louisiana Blvd. NE.
The fair is organized by APS and the Office of Innovation & School Choice. It aims to present a range of educational options, including magnet schools, schools of choice, and other innovative programs available within the district.
Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about various academic offerings such as STEM/STEAM programs, dual language instruction, college and career readiness initiatives, International Baccalaureate curriculum, global leadership pathways, academy schools, and multiple graduation routes.
Parents and students interested in transferring for the 2025-2026 school year must complete a transfer request through ParentVUE. Notably, students do not need a student ID number to initiate this process.
