The New Mexico State Bar Foundation's Legal Resources for the Elderly Program (LREP) is set to host two free virtual legal webinars in June. The first session will take place on June 10 at 11 a.m. Mountain Time, focusing on topics such as Powers of Attorney, Advance Health Care Directives, probate, non-probate transfers including Transfer on Death Deeds, and Institutional Medicaid.

A second webinar is scheduled for June 17 at the same time. This session will delve into Powers of Attorney and Advance Health Care Directives, offering guidance on selecting an agent, determining which powers to grant them, revoking a Power of Attorney document, and understanding the implications of not having one during emergencies.
