Ativo Senior Living has opened a new facility in Albuquerque, located at 4500 Quaker Heights Pl. NW. The ribbon-cutting ceremony took place on May 13, with the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce present to mark the occasion.
The facility offers independent living, assisted living, and memory care services. It features modern technology and amenities including living units, common areas, and outdoor spaces that are reportedly larger than those typically found in similar facilities. Additional amenities include a salon, theater, gym, and sensory garden.
The project took two years to complete with Ativo collaborating with Bradbury Stamm to develop this space for future residents. "The Chamber congratulates Ativo on the new space," noted a statement from the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce.
Ativo Senior Living has been a member of the chamber since January.
