The New Mexico State Bar Foundation’s Legal Resources for the Elderly Program (LREP) is set to host a free virtual legal webinar on February 11. The event, beginning at 11 a.m. Mountain Time, will provide essential legal information for the elderly and their caretakers. Topics include Powers of Attorney, Advance Health Care Directives, probate, non-probate transfers such as Transfer on Death Deeds, and Institutional Medicaid.
New Mexico residents interested in attending can register online or by phone. Registration requires providing a first and last name along with an email address. A confirmation email will be sent with details on how to join the webinar.
