Free virtual legal webinar for elderly by New Mexico State Bar Foundation

The New Mexico State Bar Foundation's Legal Resources for the Elderly Program (LREP) is set to conduct a complimentary virtual legal webinar on February 11, beginning at 11 a.m. Mountain Time. The session aims to provide elderly individuals and their caretakers with essential tools and resources for future planning. Topics will include Powers of Attorney, Advance Health Care Directives, probate, non-probate transfers such as Transfer on Death Deeds, and Institutional Medicaid.

Residents of New Mexico can register for the event online at https://bit.ly/LREP-Feb-11 or by calling 505-797-6005, where they need to provide their first and last name along with an email address. Upon registration, participants will receive a confirmation email containing details on how to join the webinar.
