1. Pursuant to §60-6B-10 NMSA 1978, Consideration of a Waiver of the 300 Foot Location Restriction to Allow the Sale of Alcohol at Hotel Flora, 400 Market Street, Which is Within 300 Feet of New Mexico School for the Arts, Located at 500 Montezuma Avenue.

If the Waiver of the 300 Foot Location Restriction is Granted, Consideration of a Request for a Transfer of Ownership and Location of Inter-Local Dispenser Liquor License No. 2683 from Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill & Bar #6401, Albuquerque, New Mexico, to Hotel Flora, 400 Market Street, Santa Fe, New Mexico.
