City of Santa Fe Governing Body met Feb. 14.

1. CALL TO ORDER

The study session of the Governing Body City Council Orientation was called to order by Mayor Webber at 2:08 pm on Wednesday, January 3. 2024 in the Kearney Room, Santa Fe Community Convention Center, 201 W. Marcy Street, Santa Fe, New Mexico.

3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA

MOTION A motion was made by Councilor Romero-Wirth, seconded by Councilor Cassutt, to approve the agenda as presented.

VOTE The motion passed unanimously on a voice vote.

4. PRESENTATIONS

a. City of Santa Fe Charter Jeopardy – Erin McSherry, City Attorney

b. City Manager’s Responsibilities and Functions – John Blair, City Manager

c. Human Resources Rules/Policies and Union Bargaining Parameters/Relations – Bernadette Salazar, Human Resources Director, presented by Monica Acevedo, Human Resources Analyst Senior

d. Constituent Services Overview – Isabella “Izzy” Sharpe, Constituent Services Manager

e. Legislative Process and Policy Research Requests – Marci Eannarino, Legislation and Policy Innovation Manager

MOTION A motion was made by Councilor Cassutt, seconded by Councilor Castro to move Item 4e to the January 4, 2024, study session of the Governing Body City Council Orientation as the first item on that agenda.

VOTE The motion passed unanimously on a voice vote. 

5. ADJOURN

The study session of the Governing Body City Council Orientation adjourned at 4:00 pm.
