a. Executive Session

1. Relating to limited personnel matters for discussion of hiring, promotion, demotion, dismissal, assignment or resignation of or the investigation or consideration of complaints or charges against any individual public employee as permitted by Section 10-15-1.H(2), NMSA 1978.

2. Relating to the Albuquerque-Bernalillo County Air Quality Control Board, which is subject to attorney-client privilege pertaining to the threatened or pending litigation as permitted by Section 10-15-1.H(7), NMSA 1978.
