Abenicio Sandoval, age 93, born in Seboyeta, New Mexico and a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on March 25, 2023, 2023. Mr. Sandoval is survived by his wife of sixty-eight years, Christina Padilla Sandoval; grandson, Jeremiah Street, sisters, Premia Baca and husband, Margarito, Elena Otero; brother Procopio Sandoval and wife, Aurora; several nieces, nephews, and extended family members. He is preceded in death by his children, daughter, Kathy Arnold and son, Leroy Sandoval. Mr. Sandoval was the owner of Sandoval Iron and Crafts. He also served his country proudly in the United States Army. Visitation will be held at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, at Holy Family Catholic Church 562 Atrisco Dr. SW with a Rosary to be recited at 8:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Father Patrick presiding. Burial will follow the services at Mt. Calvary Cemetery 1900 Edith Blvd NE where Mr. Sandoval will receive Military Honors by the Army and be laid to rest. Pallbearers will be Andrew Sandoval, Jimmy Ray Valencia, Will Padilla, Sam Sisneros, Jeremiah Street, Rodney Sandoval, Rojo Rice.
