Obituary
Rabiah Anila Ahmed passed peacefully on February 7, 2023. She was born on July 29, 1976 in Elkhart, Indiana. Rabiah was raised in Carlsbad, NM and graduated from Carlsbad High School. She went on to attend New Mexico State University in Las Cruces and eventually received her Bachelor of Nursing degree from Grand Canyon University. She was a pediatric nurse for University of New Mexico hospital.
She is survived by loving friends and family, including: Lauren Ahmed (daughter), Kathy Bushe (mother), Omar and Tariq Ahmed (brothers), Alisa Ahmed (niece), Gabriel Ahmed (nephew) and Reina Ahmed (sister-in-law). She is also survived by three uncles, four aunts and many cousins on both sides of her family. She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Frances Chism; aunt, Bonnie Bushe; and father, Farooq Ahmed.
A Memorial Service will be held Monday, February 20, 2023, 11:00 am for close friends and family at FRENCH - Lomas.
