Lt. Col., Aaron B. Loggins Sr.

Aaron B. Loggins Sr., "Buck" retired USAF Lt. Col., age 91, died Friday, February 10, 2023. Aaron was born Monday, January 11, 1932. He enlisted in the U.S. Airforce prior to his acceptance and graduation of USMA. He later retired from KAFB and started a new career, with a Ph.D., as an instructor of Electronics, Math, and Robotics at TVI where he completed his second retirement. He enjoyed golf, bowling, pinochle, and vacationing with close friends. Aaron is survived by his son, Aaron B. (Kate) Loggins, Jr.; daughters, Star and Desiree Loggins; grandchildren, Chenee Castruita, Krystal (Christopher) Chavez; great grandchildren, Eric and Keyalani Roddy; his sisters, Virginia and Evelyn Loggins; and son-in-law, Jesus Castruita. He is preceded by the death of his wife, Carole M. Loggins and first-born daughter, Carole M. Castruita. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 28, 2023, 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. at FRENCH - Lomas. Rosary will be recited on Wednesday, March 1, 2023, 9:30 a.m. at The Shrine of St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 11509 Indian School Road NE followed by Mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be held at Santa Fe National Cemetery on Wednesday, March 1, 2023, 2:00 p.m.
