Arthur Granado Jr., age 61, born in Tulia, Texas, and a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on February 20, 2023, surrounded by his loving family . Arthur is survived by his mother, Margaret Granado-Vigil; wife of twenty-five years, Isabel; son, Brandon Granado and wife, Alexis of Amarillo, Texas; son, Shelby Granado and wife, Erica of Dallas, Texas; and son, Carlos Hernandez of Dallas, Texas; ten grandchildren; siblings, brother, Gilbert Granado of Amarillo, Texas; sisters, Felipa Coon and husband, Michael, Sonya Avila and husband, Martin, Alexis Marquez and husband, Edward, Victoria Granado and partner, David Chavez and Reina Granado, all of Albuquerque, New Mexico; several aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur Granado Sr., stepfather, Milton Vigil, brothers, Raymond Granado and Edward Granado. A Visitation for Arthur will take place in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel 1000 Old Coors Dr. SW on Tuesday, February 28, 2023, at 11:30 a.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 12:00 p.m. A Prayer Service will follow the Rosary at 12:30 p.m. Deacon Mike Wesley presiding. Burial will take place at Mt. Calvary Cemetery 1900 Edith Blvd NE. Pallbearers will be, Brandon Granado, Shelby Granado, Carlos Hernandez, Gilbert Granado, Joe Medina, and Martin Avila. Honorary Pallbearers will be Raymond Granado, Ariel Hernandez, and Josiah Granado.
