Three words describe Jack:

 Faith

 Integrity

 Steadfast

Jack was known to say:

"The right thing to do, is to do the right thing."

Jack was a patriot. He was passionately dedicated to his country and to the principles & documents upon which it was established. He joined the army and learned Romanian at the Army Defense Language School in Monterey, CA. He then served with the Army Intelligence Division as a translator, stationed in Turkey.

After being honorably discharged, Jack moved to California and took a job using his natural abilities with mathematics in the Accounts Payable department of Graybar Electric. While at Graybar, Jack met Joy Boesch. They were married in 1969 in South Pasadena, CA.

Jack, while working a full time job, started attending college night classes to pursue his interests in Accounting and Business. Eventually moving with Joy to New Mexico, Jack finished college at the University of New Mexico with a Masters Degree.

Jack's career included working for several private businesses and the City of Albuquerque. Before retirement, he established the city of Albuquerque's Risk Management Department and served as Department Head.

Over the years God blessed Jack and Joy with two outstanding sons, Dustin and James. They each went on to marry lovely Christian women, and bless Jack and Joy with a total of 4 precious grandchildren.

After retirement Jack stayed very busy. Jack did consulting work, volunteer work of many types, enjoyed singing with Young at Heart Senior Choir, and more recently established a Christian men's fellowship for the South Valley of Albuquerque. In all these endeavors, Jack considered God to be the source of opportunities and success.

His was a life vigorously lived.

This man of faith chose to: Finish Strong.

Jack will be missed by Family, Friends and Community....But we know he is resting in the arms of our Loving Lord.
