Guadalupe Henrichsen

Our Family Matriarch, Lupe Henrichsen, age 99, was born on September 25, 1923, and passed away at home, surrounded by her family on Sunday, January 22, 2023.

Lupe's greatest joy was her family. She was a dedicated wife and mother. She also loved all types of music and played the mandolin and guitar. She sang and played with her family and church choir. Throughout her life, Lupe held an unwavering faith in God and passed that faith on to her children.

Lupe was preceded in death by her husband, Cai Henrichsen to whom she was married to for 49 years, and her daughter, Patricia.

She is survived by her 4 children, 9 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.

A Rosary will be held on Tuesday, January 31, 2023, at 8:15 a.m., followed by a Mass at 9:00 a.m., St. Joseph on the Rio Grande Catholic Church, 5901 St. Josephs Dr. NW, Albuquerque, NM 87120. The Reception will follow at Santa Maria De La Paz Catholic Church, 11 College Dr, Santa Fe, NM 87508. Interment will be held at 2:00 p.m., at the Santa Fe National Cemetery in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
