Horacio was a loving and kind man with an awesome sense-of-humor who would not only give you the shirt off his back but help you put it on as well.

He loved fishing, camping, hunting, and spending time with his family. Horacio was loved by all who knew him.

He was the Best Husband, father, father-in-law, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, brother-in law, uncle, and friend. He will be deeply missed . May he rest in peace until we meet again.

Horacio is preceded in death by his mother Sidelia Segura, grandparents Eladio (Umpo) and Mella Segura, and many other family members.

He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years Emily Segura, children Felix Segura Jr. (Theressa), Barbara Segura (Pat), Nancy Dominguez (Rodney), Eugene Segura (Margaret), David Segura, grandchildren Damion Ebanks, Felix Segura Jr., Jonathon Ebanks, Eugene Segura Jr., Joshua Segura, Joshon Ebanks, Jarod Dominguez, Fletcher Segura, great granddaughter Jaylah Segura, his siblings Louis Montoya (Rita), Arsenio Montoya, Midge Montoya (Della), Olivia Lucero (Johnny), Patsy Valencia, Mary Montoya and numerous nephews, grandnephews, nieces, and grandniece, and other family members whom he loved dearly.
