Josefita Aurelia Martinez, age 80, born in Albuquerque, New Mexico and a resident of Los Lunas, New Mexico, passed away on November 29, 2022. Mrs. Martinez is survived by her son, Albert Martinez and companion, Anna Baldwin; daughter, Esther DeAnda and husband, George; granddaughter, Elaine DeAnda; great grandchildren, Fredrick Whitten, and Catherine Whitten; several nieces, nephews, and extended family members. Visitation will be held in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel 1000 Old Coors Dr. SW at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, with a prayer service to follow at 6:00 p.m. A final visitation will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, with Funeral Service to be held at 12:00 p.m. also in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel. Interment to follow the service at Los Lentes Cemetery, 1111 Don Pasqual Rd NW in Los Lunas, New Mexico. Pallbearers will be, John Carrillo, Juan Carrillo, Aden Pairett and Michael Jaramillo.
