Obituary
Richard Heissenbuttle, age 83, was called to the Lord on Tuesday, October 4, 2022. He was preceded by his beloved wife, Elizabeth; his parents Henry and Lillian Heissenbuttle; and brother, Michael. Originally from New York, he moved to New Mexico in 1971, where he met and married Elizabeth. Married for 45 years until her passing. He loved to travel and spent the later part of his life with Elizabeth traveling to many countries. He was the owner of Acme Radiator Service for 47 years. He loved sports and was a fan of the New York Mets and Giants. Along with his beloved pet Mickie, he is survived by his daughters, Mary Lou Papuyo, Debra Schmahl, Lisa Heissenbuttle, Dawn Hurd, and Stacy Donahue; his sons, Glen McNeely, and Charles McNeely; his sister, Judy McDonald as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
A Rosary will be held Friday November 4, 2022, beginning at 10:30 a.m., with a Mass to follow at 11:15 a.m., St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church, 5712 Paradise Blvd. NW Albuquerque, NM 87114.The mass will be live streamed at www.stjudenm.org.
"O Lord, lift us from the depths of grief into the peace and light of your presence. Your Son, our Lord Jesus Christ by dying has destroyed our death and by rising has restored our life." You will always be part of our hearts and remembered with love. Rest in peace Dad.
