Louisa Milligan of Peralta, New Mexico was called home to heaven on October 7, 2022. She was the daughter of Santiago and Francis Aragon and loving wife to Claudio Francisco (C.F.) Milligan. Louisa was preceded in death by her daughter Christine Milligan, and brother Antonio Aragon. Louisa lived a life devoted to family and service through her catholic faith and the church. Louisa is survived by her husband C.F. Milligan of 70 years, sister Priscilla Gonzales (husband Paul), her son Michael Milligan (wife Irene), daughter Dorothy Milligan (husband Jeff Neumann), eight grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
A rosary and mass will be recited at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary, 5415 Fortuna Rd NW, Albuquerque, NM 87105, on October 27, 2022, at 10:15 am with reception to follow.
