Obituary
Manuelita Lila Jaramillo Márquez, age 92, beloved wife, mother, grandma, and friend passed away on Sunday, October 9, 2022. Lila was known for her involvement at St. Therese Parish and the Catholic Daughters of the Americas. She was an avid quilter and Denver Broncos fan.
Lila is survived by her husband, Roman Márquez; their children, Beverly Dennison and husband Gene, Richard Martinez and wife Virginia, Anthony Archuleta and wife Cynthia, Leonard Márquez, and Rebecca Donegan, their 11 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren. She leaves behind a sister, Elsie Jaramillo Montoya, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A Visitation will be held on Friday, October 21, 2022, at 8:15 a.m., followed by a Rosary at 8:30 a.m., with a Funeral Mass to begin at 9:30 a.m., at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 619 Copper Ave NW in Albuquerque.
Interment will follow at 10:30 a.m. at Mount Calvary Cemetery, 1900 Edith NE, with reception to follow.
