Obituary
Virginia May Deutsch, 87, of Albuquerque, NM formally of Princeton, WV, passed away peacefully surrounded by her children on April 5, 2022. She was born September 30, 1934 in Hiawatha, WV, the daughter of William Hobert Lee Parks and Rene Mae Parks.
Virginia was a kind and compassionate soul, always willing to help a person in need. Her talents included department store clothing displays for which she received recognition by department store executive staff, a skilled beautician, a gifted storyteller, she always made you laugh, and an aesthetician. She was the entrepreneur owning her own janitorial service. She enjoyed painting, making jewelry, writing, and spending time outdoors with nature. Virginia was an avid shopper with stamina matched by few others. Her greatest quality was seeing the best in those around her… ever she sought the best, ever she found it.
As a military spouse, she traveled to Germany, Holland, France and Italy. Virginia was a dedicated mother, grandmother, and great grandmother eagerly putting others before herself. Especially dedicating herself to the little ones in her life, listening, encouraging, and spoiling them with her favorite chocolate candy.
She is survived by her five children, Diana K. Meyn, Charles T. Hamilton, Steven W. Hamilton, Joseph L. Hamilton, and Terrie J. Killough along with many grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
