Obituary
Bryan Francis Tafoya, 46 years old, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed from this life into eternal rest on March 13, 2022. He was surrounded by his loving family and close friends.
Bryan was born in Los Alamos, New Mexico. His early years were spent in Taos, where he played in a baseball Little League. After moving with his family to Albuquerque, he graduated from Cibola High School. He also played baseball in the Albuquerque City League. As a young man he enjoyed hiking, fishing, camping and other outdoor activities with his twin brother, Ryan and their cousin Marty Torres.
Bryan attended UNM’s Continuing Education where he obtained a State of New Mexico General Certified Appraiser Certification and had a successful real estate appraisal business, Tafoya and Associates.
Bryan was a very kind, caring, individual. He is survived by his son, Ethan; Leanna and the Chavez Family; his mother Yvette; his father Benjamin; his sister Ivy; his nephew Dylan; his twin brother Ryan, wife Kim, son Kaleb; and Kim Chachere, they truly loved each other.
In lieu of flowers, Bryan made his wishes known, that donations be sent to: Ensueños y Los Angelitos Development Center, Attn: Baleria Santistevan, 1030 Salazar Road, Taos, NM, in honor of his Uncle Francis “Panchito” Tafoya. A rosary and mass will be performed at St. Therese, (The Nativity of the Infant Jesus) at 3424 4th Street NW, Albuquerque on Monday, March 21, 2022, beginning at 8:30 a.m. The graveside burial service will be held at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd NW following the mass
