Obituary
Gloria A. Scarcell, 86, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister, was called to her eternal resting place on Wednesday, December 29, 2021. She entered this world on September 20, 1935 in Canonsburg, PA, born to Joseph and Elizabeth Scarcell. She married the love of her life Dennis M. Scarcell in 1961. Dennis Scarcell preceded her in death in October, 2003. They are now together again for all eternity. Gloria is survived by her daughter, Lisa Robinson; son, Dennis M. Scarcell, Jr. (DJ); son-in-law, Robert Robinson; daughter-in-law, Yuliya Scarcell; granddaughter, Angelica Robinson; grandson, Evan Scarcell; grandson, Ryan Scarcell; grandson, Noah Scarcell; great-granddaughter, Aubrie Meyer; great-granddaughter, Summer Rose Cole; great-granddaughter, Winter Violet Cole; brother, John Dugan; sister-in-law, Ann Dugan; brother-in-law, Ralph Scarcell; sister-in-law, Evie Scarcell; sister-in-law, Lois Scarcell; sister-in-law, Sandy Roberts; brother-in-law, Jim Roberts; cousin, Jackie Chambers; cousin, Duane Van Kirk. Gloria loved shopping and going to the casinos and to concerts. She loved spending time with her family and especially her grandkids. She was a kindhearted soul, who would give her last dime to help someone in need. She always wanted the best for everyone. Christmas was her absolute favorite time of the year and always wanted her decorations up mid-November until mid-January. She loved her trinkets and collected a ton. She loved dressing up every day, make-up on, hair done and always had a flower on her top. Everyone called her fancy. She would ask my dad "Is this too much?", he would say "Gloria, it's you". We've never known anyone that loved everyone unconditionally, like you. You will be greatly missed by all.
A memorial service and reception will be held on Saturday, January 22, 2022, 11:00 a.m., at FRENCH - Westside.
