Obituary
Cheryl Lynne Hedglin, beloved daughter, sister, aunt, niece, cousin, and friend, passed away on Friday, December 3, 2021, after a long decline with Alzheimer’s disease.
Cheryl was born October 30, 1958, in Springfield, Massachusetts. She is survived by her parents, Tom and Connie Hedglin; brother, Steve; sisters, Tina and Becca; and several nieces and nephews.
Cheryl’s family and friends remember her most for her love, affection, sense of fun, and larger than life personality. Cheryl was active in Special Olympics in California and New Mexico. She participated in gymnastics, track, swimming, and bowling, earning more medals than we can count. Cheryl enjoyed reading, coloring, doing word search puzzles, and going to the movies. She loved celebrations and outings; especially if they involved food!
Cheryl was loved by all who knew her and will be dearly missed.
Celebration of Life Service will be Saturday, December 18, 2021, 2:00 p.m. at FRENCH – Lomas.
