Tribute

Sixto Enedino Martinez, born October 19, 1940 in Santa Fe, New Mexico, was welcomed to his eternal home with the Lord, which he entered peacefully into the fullness of God's eternal love on November 3, 2021.

He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend.  Sixto always had so much love to give and extended that love to all those he came in contact with. He opened his heart to everyone and was willing to take you underneath his wing. His beautiful smile was awe-inspiring. Never a day wasted in his life. He was always a joyful, helpful, loyal loving father and grandparent. A best friend to so many. He got so much out of his life sharing his passion about God to so many. Sixto was a man of strong faith and prayer within the Catholic Church, through prison ministry dating back to the 1980’s and through the Bible Study at St. Anne’s. Bright and full of joy, laughter and life, he will truly be missed and will always be loved.

For the past 53 years, Barbara and Sixto have been the proud and successful owners of Capitol Plumbing Contractors, Inc and thankfully he was blessed with the freedom to chase his passions. He got so much out of life by sharing Jesus Christ and all his promises through the word of God to so many. Sixto lives on in all the people that he touched. The legacy that he leaves behind is with that of love and generosity.
