OBITUARY
Armando Mendez Carrillo, age 83, born in Madera, Chihuahua, Mexico and a resident of Corrales, New Mexico, passed away on October 26, 2021. Armando is survived by his children, Virginia Mendez Griego and husband, Terry Griego, Miguel Mendez, Susana Daniela Mendez, Phillip Garcia and wife, Theresa, Rosa Mendez, Mario Mendez; thirty grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; siblings, Gustavo Mendez, Lionel Mendez, Dora Mendez; many nieces, nephews, and extended family members. He was preceded in death by his wife, Alicia; sons, Martin Mendez, and Vincent Garcia. Visitation will be held in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel 1000 Old Coors Dr. SW Friday, November 5, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. with a funeral service to follow at 10:00 a.m. Burial will take place after the service at Mt. Calvary Cemetery 1400 Edith Blvd NE.
