Don Tomas Montoya

Don Tomas Montoya was born February 11, 1938 in Socorro, New Mexico. He passed away on Thursday, August 19, 2021 at the age of 83.
Don Honorably served his country in the United States Air Force.
Even though he is gone he will never be forgotten. Don will be loved and missed and is now reunited with his beautiful and loving wife Guadalupe Montoya as they were joined in the heavenly gates together.
He is survived by his sisters, Josephine DeSoto, Jean Benavidez and Marce.lla Chavez; daughter, Yolanda Montoya; stepson, Gilbert Hernandez; grandchildren, Valeria Hernandez, Justine Montoya, Antionette Montoya, Gilbert Hernandez and Abriana Hernandez; great grandchildren, Joseph Hernandez, Arturo Hernandez, Heaven Salazar, Ricardo Alba IV and baby girl, Mara Andrea; as well as other family members and friends who loved and will miss him.
A viewing will be held in the chapel of Direct Funeral Services, 2919 4th ST. NW., on Monday, August 30, 2021 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The funeral services are pending and will be announced.
